Responsibilities :

• Manage the day-to-day processing of marketing department invoices, including reconciling voices against budget tracker, monthly accruals for all marketing cost centers, work with Finance to ensure all costs for the department are accounted for.

• Assist with marketing scorecard reporting, including traffic figures, sales, media investment, metrics and post-campaign reviews. Assist with the organization of photography shoots, including pre-production of stock ordering, shipping and delivery and post-production stock movements.

• This includes assisting with the administration of assets post-shoot and the subsequent collating/uploading and metadata requirements of our Digital Assets Management System.

• Responsible for supporting the National Marketing Manager (and brand marketing team) in delivering Freedom's retail communications and campaigns in the Australian and New Zealand.

• Responsible for managing all marketing product stock held at Kings Park (DC) such as photo shoots, PR, sponsorships, activations etc. in an efficient and cost effective manner to minimize impact on marketing budget.

Successful applicants will need the following skill and attributes:

• 2 + years of experience within retail industry.

• Proactive attitude and ability to think outside the box.

• High degree of accuracy and attential to detail.

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing Communications or related field and analytical skills and data driven thinking.
