Turkey passes a new legislation amending the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce (Act No. 6563).New provisions are regulated on among others, main obligations of the e-commerce service providers, new amount of administrative fines, electronic commerce license, unfair business practices. The said e-commerce amendment will enter into force as of 1.1.2023 or 1.1.2024.  The relevant page of the Official Gazzette is available online here.
