Here are Thursday’s high school sports results for the Green Bay area

BOYS SOCCER

Green Bay Preble 7, Green Bay Southwest 0

GREEN BAY – On the opening night of Preble’s new turf field, the Hornets cruised to the Fox River Classic Conference win.

Tristan Shanoski had two goals and an assist to lead Preble. Abraham Navarro, Bogdan Tereshchenko, Gavin Urben, Derek Metz and Jesus Garnica also scored.

Jack Thorpe and Eric Janus combined for the shutout in goal for the Hornets (6-0-1).

Green Bay NEW Lutheran 6, Algoma 0

ALGOMA – The Blazers scored five first-half goals and cruised to the Packerland Conference win.

Kenji Lange scored three goals, while James Tilot, James Staudinger and Caden Landes added one each.

Adding assists were Tilot, Jack Misovec, Lange and Sam Pachon.

Dylan Gustafson made three saves in net for NEW Lutheran.

GIRLS VOLLEYBALL

Bay Port 3, Notre Dame 2

GREEN BAY – The Pirates outlasted the Tritons 18-25, 25-23, 25-21, 21-25, 15-8 in a key Fox River Classic Conference matchup.

Kills leaders for Notre Dame were Sydney Whitehouse with 14, Hannah Greisen with 13 and Adah Danen with seven. Kaia Waldrop added five blocks.

Pulaski 3, Sheboygan North 1

PULASKI – The Red Raiders won three tight sets to earn the Fox River Classic Conference victory.

Pulaski topped North 25-20, 11-25, 25-23, 25-22.

Leading the Red Raiders were Alexia Thibodeau and Emma Quinnell with seven kills each; Bella Valdez with 13 assists and 20 digs; and Grace Feutz with 18 digs.

Coleman 3, Oneida Nation 0

COLEMAN – The Cougars swept the Thunderhawks 25-4, 25-15, 25-14.

Skylar Broderick led Coleman with 14 assists. Annabell Markiewicz had 13 assists. Vivian Kostreva had nine kills.

Wausaukee 3, Suring 0

WAUSAUKEE – The Rangers won three tight sets, earning a 25-22, 26-24, 25-19 victory over the Eagles.

Among the statistical leaders for Wausaukee were Melody Schaal with 26 digs; Katelyn Luccarini with 10 kills; Helen Phillips with seven digs; Jessica Luccarini with 15 assists and seven digs; Lydia Schaal with 11 digs and five kills; and Chloe Moore with four digs and three aces.

Sturgeon Bay 3, Oconto 1

OCONTO – The Clippers earned the Packerland Conference win over the Blue Devils 25-13, 25-14, 21-25, 25-21.

Leading Oconto were Kyanne Wusterbarth with 25 digs and 11 service points; Sam McDowell with 18 digs and 15 service points; Lauren McDowell with 10 kills and 13 service points; and Jaelin Kumhala with 17 assists and 14 service points.

Crivitz 3, Lena 1

CRIVITZ – The Wolverines defeated the Wildcats 25-22, 20-25, 25-23, 25-17.

Hayden Ott led Crivitz with nine kills. Kiya Brand and Taryn Tracy both had seven kills. Brand had a team-leading eight assists. Hattie Frievalt had six assists.

Algoma 3, NEW Lutheran 2

GREEN BAY – The Wolves defeated the Blazers 25-21, 19-25, 25-19, 20-25, 15-12.

Algoma was led by Ryley Zimmerman with 14 kills and 13 digs. MyLee Jones had 13 kills and 13 digs. Hannah Nell had 27 assists. Olivia Cabino had 11 digs.

Lexi Dhein led NEW Lutheran with 37 digs. Abby Kirchner had 46 assists and 17 digs. Kiley Dhein and Emma Laatsch both had 13 kills. Laatsch had 12 digs. Kiera Adams-McIntosh had 12 kills.

Southern Door 3, Peshtigo 1

PESHTIGO – The Eagles defeated the Bulldogs 26-24, 25-22, 25-27, 26-24.

Isabella Price and Paige Olson had 14 and 12 kills, respectively, for Southern Door. Sophia Counard had 27 digs while Ashlyn Delfosse had 23 assists.

Price also had 13 digs while Audrey Plzak had 14 assists.
