Sidharth Malhotra, Rakul Preet Singh and Ajay Devgn's Thank God, which opened with a decent start at the Box Office, has collected Rs 4.15 crore on the third day of its release.

The film hit the screens on October 25 and managed to earn Rs 8.10 crore on its very first day. On the second day, the film raked in Rs 6 crore at the box office.

The total collection of the film now stands at Rs 18.25 crore.

The fantasy comedy has shown stability at the box office and with a strong and positive word of mouth, 'Thank God' is expected to register better numbers over the upcoming weekend.

Directed by veteran filmmaker Indra Kumar, the film has been produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Ashok Thakeria, Sunir Kheterpal, Deepak Mukut, Anand Pandit and Markand Adhikari. Yash Shah is credited as the co-producer on the film.

It is to be noted that 'Thank God's release has been mired with several controversies, number one being the reference to Lord Chitragupt in the film.

A plea in the Supreme Court had sought a direction that its trailers and posters be removed from electronic and social media platforms like 'Youtube' as it allegedly contained "derogatory expressions, acts, statements, dialogues and insulting images, videos in and around the character of God Chitragupt".

Ajay Devgn's character was named Lord Chitragupt in the film earlier. However, after social backlash, his name was changed to 'CG'.
