On April 1, 2024, United Airlines Holdings, Inc. announced that, on March 29, 2024, the board of directors of the Company, upon the recommendation of the Nominating/Governance Committee, elected Michelle Freyre to serve as a member of the Board effective on April 1, 2024 for a term continuing to the Company’s next Annual Meeting of Stockholders, when Ms. Freyre will be a nominee for election by stockholders.
Furthermore the company disclosed that on March 28, 2024 and March 29, 2024, respectively, Carolyn Corvi and James A. C.
