Two people were hospitalized following a single-vehicle rollover crash in Chico on Tuesday morning, February 20, 2024.

According to the Chico Police Department, the collision happened around 8:00 a.m. on Highway 99 at East Avenue.

Authorities stated that a pickup truck ran off the entrance ramp to southbound Highway 99, which resulted in the rollover collision.

Police said that an adult and a child were the occupants of the pickup truck. The victims were transported to the nearest hospital, but their injuries remained unknown.

No further details were disclosed, and the authorities are gathering all necessary information to determine the cause of the collision.
