Injuries were reported after a two-vehicle head-on crash at Hatchet Mountain in Shasta County on Wednesday morning, February 7, 2024.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred along Highway 299 at an unspecified time.

A pickup truck and a tow truck were reportedly found at the scene, along with victims with minor injuries.

It is currently unclear how many people were involved or injured. The authorities have not released further information about the collision.
