[10-21-2023] Imperial County, CA – Woman Injured After Hit-and-Run Collision With Sedan in El Centro

A woman was injured after a hit-and-run collision with a sedan in El Centro on Saturday night, October 21, 2023.

Officials responded to reports of the incident around 8:30 p.m. along Imperial Avenue and Cruickshank Drive.

Initial reports indicated that the woman was struck by a gray 4-door sedan that was last spotted heading southbound on Imperial Avenue.

The woman sustained arm, knee, and head injuries but refused to be transported to a hospital. The extent and severity of these injuries were unspecified.
