Three people were hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash in Lancaster early Sunday morning, October 22, 2023.

According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department and Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the collision occurred around 12:00 a.m. at the intersection of Avenue L8 and Sierra Highway.

Two people were found trapped inside an overturned vehicle. The first victim was rescued and taken to a local hospital with critical injuries, while the second one was also transported in critical condition after being assisted on scene by paramedics.

A suspected female driver was also transported in an unknown condition and was reportedly detained.

The identities of those involved were not disclosed. No further details are available at this time regarding the cause of the collision.
