According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the incident occurred before 3:00 a.m. in the 2600 block of North Cahuenga Boulevard.

A male bicyclist was found seriously injured at the scene, and reports indicate the man was struck by a vehicle that shortly fled the scene.
