According to the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page, authorities responded to the crash at around 10:26 a.m. on State Route 33 near West Manning Avenue.

Authorities stated that the collision involved a white semi-truck with a trailer equipped with a forklift, tractor, and a black Acura. The semi-truck was reported to be blocking the right-hand side of the road.

Emergency Medical Services were notified and arrived at the scene at around 10:39 a.m. to provide assistance. The extent of the injuries sustained by those involved is currently under investigation.
