You or your loved ones probably went through a lot of stress after a motorcycle accident. Seek legal counsel from a lawyer if you or a loved one has been hurt or wrongfully killed. The earlier you consult with a lawyer, the better. It is also recommended that you do the following:

  • Stay calm, and do not admit fault.
  • If you can, pull over to the side of the road or another safe area to wait for the police.
  • Before checking on others, check yourself for injuries.
  • You should not try to settle your case with the driver. It is essential to report your accident to the police so that there will be an official record.
