[09-05-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – One Dead, Another One Injured in Single-Vehicle Collision in Lancaster

One person died, and the passenger was injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash in Lancaster on Monday, September 5, 2022.

According to Lt. Michael Prottung of the Lancaster Sheriff’s Station, the crash transpired at 1:27 a.m. on 20th Street West and Avenue H.
Norvell F., a 42-year-old Lancaster resident, was named as the person who had died by the police.

Protecting said the car was going north on 20th Street West when the road changed from paved to dirt, and the driver lost control.

He said that Frierson was said to be dead at the scene. The passenger was taken to a hospital by paramedics with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.

No information about the passenger’s age or gender was available.

The investigation is still going on.

Single-Vehicle Crash Statistics
