Harrow Stabbing: Man rushed to hospital with knife injuries to face

There has been a stabbing in Harrow Town Centre this evening with multiple emergency services rushing to Harrow on the Hill station.

A man was rushed to hospital as a priority, according to a statement from London Ambulance Service.

Police tape could be seen within the station itself, Arc House and the play area on Lowlands Road at the back entrance of the station has been completely cordoned off by police.

One member of Harrow Online Group said the following, “I was at the station and I counted 11 police vehicles including dogs, ambulance and a huge presence of officers.”

London Ambulance Service said in a statement, “We were called at 6.13 pm today (19 April) to reports of an incident at Harrow-on-the-Hill Underground Station.

“We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew and an incident response officer.

“We treated a man at the scene before taking him to hospital as a priority.”

A spokesperson for Met Police said, “An investigation is ongoing following a stabbing in Harrow.

“Police were called at around 1800hrs on Friday, 19 April after the 18-year-old victim was found with Knife Injuries to his face and hands at Harrow on the Hill LT Station.

“Police believe he was attacked in a nearby park.

“There have been no arrests at this early stage.

“Enquiries are ongoing.”
