A section of a housing estate in Harrow has been sealed off by Police since yesterday evening, Friday 19th April.

Police have cordoned off Springway in Central Harrow near Lascelles Avenue, and it has been in place since around 6:30pm.

Local residents have been informed that police may be present at the site for several days, although official confirmation is still pending.

There are unconfirmed reports from the community that an individual was arrested at the location.

Residents that live within the cordoned area have been told to sign in and sign out when leaving and coming back.

Harrow Online has reached out to the Met Police for more details regarding the ongoing situation.
