- Himachal CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu noted that NH-3 widening work that went 4-5 meters inside the Baes River reduced its width and increased flood risk. He cited that as the reason for flooding in July that damaged the power plant Larji Powerhouse, causing a loss of Rs.660 crores.
