What is Mindfulness Business Coaching?

If you’re an entrepreneur or a leader in your company, you will know that these positions can get lonely. It can even be worse for small Business owners who often operate in isolation without a soundboard for guidance or feedback.

Mindfulness Business Coaching, also sometimes known as Therapeutic Business Coaching, helps business owners, large and small, become more mindful in life and work, thus reducing stress and anxiety levels, improving sleep, and increasing productivity, communication and leadership, which helps you and your business to achieve their full potential.

So what is mindfulness?

Mindfulness coaching is a coaching niche that helps to empower business owners to be more present in the moment. Instead of worrying about the future, you assess from the now, exploring potential pitfalls and planning ahead so that any hurdles you may meet already have a backup plan in place.

By becoming aware of how your thoughts, feelings and environment affect you, you can experience these things without judgement. This allows you to feel calmer, stay more present in the moment and become active rather than reactive.

How do I remain accountable and action my business coaching goals?

As with all coaching, a mindfulness coach is not there to tell you what to do or how to think. They will help you process your thoughts and guide you towards identifying your business needs. With guidance and suggestions, you will create actionable steps through self-awareness and self-ownership. Having a feeling of ownership and a coach to keep you accountable helps many people achieve their goals.

As a trained meditation teacher and mental health first aider experienced in mindfulness, I also teach my clients breathing techniques that help them to feel calmer.
