Pvolve Welcomes Stacey Heald as COO

With Heald’s Appointment, Pvolve Strengthens Leadership Team to Meet Growing Demand for Unique Fitness Method

From the moment Heald was introduced to the team at Pvolve, she was captivated by the company culture and intrigued by the brand’s unique approach to fitness. She was also impressed by the business model, which includes multi-revenue streams, proprietary equipment and hybrid class experiences. Heald is thrilled to be part of the Pvolve team and have the opportunity to contribute to the brand’s mission of empowering individuals to be their best selves.

Pvolve founder Rachel Katzman released a statement praising Heald and Alexis McDowel, the new vice president of communications. “At Pvolve, our success is all about the dedication of our fantastic leadership and team. Now, with experienced leaders like Stacey Heald to steer the franchise business and Alexis McDowel to elevate awareness through PR, we’re gearing up for even more growth. I can’t wait to see the milestones we’ll achieve together.”

Stacey Heald is the new COO for Pvolve.

The Perfect Partnership

Heald has always been passionate about health and fitness, and working at a health-focused brand aligns with her passion, values and beliefs. She also appreciates Pvolve’s universal appeal to individuals of all backgrounds, including actress Jennifer Aniston, who has recently partnered with the fitness franchise. Heald explains that the partnership was initiated by Aniston in 2022 after she fell in love with the method as a “secret streamer,” or an anonymous user, of the platform. The “Friends” star still does Pvolve workouts multiple times a week.

“Our partnership with Jen not only brings attention to the brand but also lends credibility and authenticity to our products and workouts. She is a world-renowned actress, producer, director, and a respected figure in the fitness industry, so Jen’s endorsement can encourage others to try out Pvolve and experience the fantastic results for themselves. Her commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and her dedication to fitness make her the perfect ambassador for a brand like Pvolve.”

Taking on Challenges

Prior to Pvolve, Heald was an executive vice president at Medi-Weightloss Franchising and a co-founder of LeHeal Biogenix, a non-surgical treatment options provider to those suffering from orthopedic issues.

Since her first franchising experience, she committed herself to learning as much as possible and became a member of the International Franchise Association (IFA), attended conferences, obtained her CFE certification, and continues to educate herself with as many newsletters, magazines, and resources as possible.

Heald loves franchising’s unique combination of independence and support and notes that it is constantly evolving and growing. “Along with this comes a powerful network, connected through the IFA, and expertise throughout the franchise sector that elevates both personal and professional growth.”
