Cook looks forward to simplifying the process to make it as smooth as possible to deliver great results for FullSpeed’s franchise owners and customers. With more than 30 years of experience, he has firsthand knowledge of how mergers and acquisitions give franchise owners the opportunity to see their passion flourish, and his job is to ensure understands their value and put their businesses into the right hands.

Throughout his career, Cook has worked for iconic automotive brands like Advance Auto Parts and Icon Automotive, where he worked with PepBoys. He has always enjoyed working with business owners and saw FullSpeed Automotive as the perfect fit for his venture. Due to the automotive industry being very fragmented, Cook explains that there’s an abundance of opportunity for business owners to be successful.

In Cook’s view, the ingredients for business success include passion and the enthusiasm that is displayed in work ethic. He added that achieving success doesn’t come from just doing the bare minimum. “Going above and beyond puts you in a position to make change in any aspect of business.”
