PuroClean Promotes Scott Sandel to Vice President of Sales

The Former Regional Director Believes in Building Strong Teams for Franchisee Success

PuroClean, a leading property restoration and remediation Franchise, promoted Scott Sandel to Vice President of sales. He previously served as a regional director on PuroClean’s operations team for seven years.

PuroClean’s executive vice president of operations and training Bud Summers is Sandel’s long-time friend and colleague, and they connected after Summers started working for PuroClean. After a few discussions, Sandel was intrigued by the new leadership and the direction the brand was taking.

“I’m thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the leadership team and am excited to be in a position to help drive revenue to our franchise owners,” Sandel said. Since joining PuroClean, he has seen the organization continually improve as it experiences growth and adds quality people to its already-strong team.

Scott Sandel is the new vice president of sales for PuroClean.

President and COO Steve White released a statement regarding Sandel’s promotion. “Scott has done a tremendous job as regional director for our operations team, and it’s because of his exceptional work and dedication to PuroClean’s mission that I am pleased to announce his promotion. I am excited to see Scott elevate his role within the organization, stepping into the position of vice president of sales, returning to his first love within business development.”

Career in Franchising

Sandel entered franchising with another franchise restoration company in 2000 in national accounts, then later as a franchise business consultant. He has always enjoyed working with the franchise owners and finding ways to help them grow.

He has been attracted to restoration companies and has been especially intrigued by the science of drying and with what mitigation services can do to save property and contents for customers. He views PuroClean franchise owners as heroes because they are called upon when some type of disaster has occurred to someone’s home or business.

He advises aspiring franchise owners to build strong teams for success. “Focus on building your team and cast the vision for the organization so they understand where you are headed. Provide them with the tools and support to be the best they can be for your customers and organization.”
