Clearway acquires Secure Empty Property

Clearway, a commercial security services provider specialising in protecting people, property and assets has acquired vacant property specialist, Secure Empty Property.

The Clearway Group (Clearway) is “delighted” to announce the acquisition of Secure Empty Property (SEP). Headquartered in London, Clearway is a commercial security services provider specialising in protecting people, property and assets.

Clearway delivers solutions that are tailored to its customers’ needs, utilising an extensive range of specialist services integrated with market-leading technology. Clearway’s critical technology-led security solutions include CCTV and alarms, and its NSI Gold CAT II Alarm Receiving Centre, to monitor, secure and protect properties and assets.

Employing over 350 people, Clearway has nationwide operations across the UK and France. The addition of SEP to Clearway further strengthens its UK-wide vacant property security and services operations, with new locations in Lancashire, Northampton and Reading, and a dynamic team with a wealth of experience in the sector.

Clearway says acquisition supports strategy for growth

SEP was founded in 2012 by Chief Executive Officer, Simon Broadbent, and now has an established workforce and a management team with over 100 years’ experience in the vacant/void property industry.
