Can you force your spouse to move out of the matrimonial property during Divorce proceedings?

This relates to a situation where you are getting a Divorce but still living with your Spouse in the same residential property in Singapore.

You are generally not allowed to force your spouse to move out of the Matrimonial Property during Divorce proceeding unless you apply for the Court’s permission on the grounds that your spouse has behaved in such a way that you cannot reasonably be expected to live the spouse.
