STEM Education Startups.

We can not separate education from the job market needs, companies and organisations in specific sectors seek to attract young students to fulfill their skilled human resources needs, in the age of HR marketing, jobs and employers are managed like products or brands. For a high school student it's confusing because there is no way for them to know if they gonna like or be successful in their future job unless they are hired for a position in the real world.

Some says that information is power, some says that technology is power. A country needs every body, a football team or an artist can help build a sens of belonging, a lawyer can help setup laws and rules but engineers have the ability to solve complicated problems. The more brilliant engineers a country have the more she can thrive.

How to attract more young people to engineering careers?

For kids learning through a toy or game is more interesting, for students using 3D virtual reality to perform lab experiments can reduce wet and dry laboratory experiment requirements and bring more enthusiasm to science students.
