How to make vinyl morale patches?

• Size: as you are creating your patch design, strive and make the size of the configuration close to the size of the ultimate patch.  You can intend the patch in any software that you are relaxed using:  Photoshop, AI or any other photo editor that allows you to edit photographs.
• No limitations:  Try and memorise that there are no boundaries to your PVC vinyl patch designs.  You can add as various colors as you require, you can add unique effects such as gradients, drop shadows or any other products that you feel like.

• Add a border:  it is a great idea to append in the stroke border to your patch, to make sure that you leave sufficient room for the merrowed edge.  The merrowing takes up a morsel of a gap on your custom intended morale patch, so we want to make sure there is sufficient room to do the merrowing without risking covering up your patch design or lettering that is also close to the ends.  A stroked edge of around 20px is a good start for leaving enough room for merrowing.  A merrowed border is a thick perimeter of stitching that completes the patch, so we recommend getting merrowing on each custom PVC vinyl patch that you make.   The merrow machine cannot do complex shapes or sharp points on any patch as the device can’t work around them, and it will make a broad yarn mess.  So once more, design your patches with a straight shape, and the merrowing will look remarkable on the final product.
• Try your PVC vinyl patch design:  if you followed the guiding principle set out above, you should have your plan in a comfortable shape, with an edge for merrowing and set at the size that you want your ultimate patch to be produced.  We would suggest that you print out your patch design in color and cut the system out.  Okay, it may not give the impression of being the best printed out on paper, but it will provide you with a good initiative of how the concluding patch will look.  Once you have the outline of your custom patch cut out, then you can make out if you have your camo environment in the right viewpoint, or if you encompass to make changes.  If you can print the draft custom patches out in color, you can perceive how the colors come across with your uniform or considered gear.
