AI touches every aspect of our personal and professional online lives today. Global communication and interconnectivity in business is and continues to be, a hugely important area. Capitalizing on Artificial Intelligence and data science is essential, and its potential growth trajectory is limitless.

Considering the current scenario, what initial challenges did you face and what are the challenges now?

Initially, there was severe competition from the then existing Real Estate Companies in both the ‘Brand’ and ‘Selling Price’. However, we encountered challenges by offering the best price to middle-class families and we had retained our existence in the market till now.

The country’s real estate sector has bounced back since the COVID-induced lockdowns in 2020, posting healthy growth over the last six quarters. But it is facing serious macroeconomic threats again. Despite bouncing back to the near pre-COVID levels in 2022, the real estate market could soon be hit by skyrocketing inflations, repeated repo-rate hikes by the central bank, and overall volatility.

Accordingly, demand for residential homes and office spaces improved significantly during the 1st Half year of 2021. Gaining further from the steady rise during the second half of 2021, sales in the residential market surged further by 60 percent in 1st Half Year of 2022.

What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs who aspire to venture into the real estate space?

With the right training and tools, almost anyone can make money in real estate. There are many facets of the industry and plenty of real estate business ideas to choose from. Initially, it can seem overwhelming. Instagram is full of real estate advice and incentives.

Don’t wait to buy real estate; buy real estate and wait. Real estate cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care, it is about the safest investment in the world.
