On August 15, 2021, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray inaugurated the online registration for CIDCO’s unique Housing Scheme for COVID Warriors and Uniformed Personnel.

“Considering the request of interested applicants, CIDCO has decided to extend the special housing scheme for COVID warriors and uniformed personnel by one month,” On September 6, 2021, CIDCO tweeted. As a result, the registration deadline has been extended till October 5, 2021.

The deadline to pay the EMD online is October 7, 2021. On October 9, 2021, the first list of accepted applications will be released. On October 12, 2021, the final list of accepted applicants will be released. The CIDCO Lottery 2021 lucky Draw will take place at 11 a.m. on October 14, 2021. COVID warriors and uniformed personnel would be able to live in 4,488 houses throughout five Navi Mumbai nodes, including Taloja, Kalamboli, Kharghar, Ghansoli, and Dronagiri.
