Today we are going to showcase a stat that I think helps put today’s market into perspective. 

“Average Price – Monthly Sales” is the average gross price recorded as paid for homes sold in the last 30 days.

Today’s Average Price – Monthly Sales for the Phoenix Metro market is $357,592. This is compared to $356,402 last month (5/17/2020) and $348,346 last year (6/17/2019).

As you can see, while things with the market can change on a day-by-day basis, today’s market is looking pretty good compared to this time last month and even last year.
