Bagels may not have the best rap, and she does care about keeping healthy, but she also knows that bagels nourish the soul. Delicious food revitalizes us. Here, she recaps her life journey with her favorite food – bagels.
“My favorite part of stay-cation is making my Jenga bagel breakfast. Whether my tower is made of avocado, tomato, or banana, it starts my day off in the best way.
When working overnight, I like my bagels filled with cream cheese and raspberries and smushed in a bagel guillotine. The bakery near my apartment serves an entire table of fresh bagels in the morning. Even though I’ve gained a significant amount of weight, I couldn’t possibly complain. It’s impossible to hate a bagel, especially a perfectly baked one! Every time I’ve smelled a bagel, I knew my carbless diet was done for.”
