Today, we’re excited to feature Smallworks in our Client Spotlight with their Moody Little Bungalow | Single-level Laneway House.
“As the name suggests, the home has a very sleek and dark appointment. However, the black siding, black roof, black windows and black trim give way to a surprisingly bright interior space. We designed the home this way at the behest of our clients, who deserve a lot of credit in the design of the home. Ample storage throughout this lane house is made possible by the many custom-designed millwork pieces, some cleverly hidden, and some boldly eye catching.”
Smallworks chose Westeck’s custom black-painted frames throughout the exterior of the stunning modern project with white interiors that provide an open and airy feeling with lots of natural light.
At 760 sq. ft, this custom East Vancouver home has two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and large attic.
