According to Liases Foras report, Sales witnessed maximum recovery in Ahmedabad by 61%, followed by Hyderabad (56%), Pune (44%), NCR (42%), Kolkata (34%), MMR (26%), Bangalore (15%), and Chennai (13%). The top 8 cities in India witnessed an average price growth of 6% with break up of prices increased by 9% in NCR and Ahmedabad, 8% in Hyderabad, 6% in Kolkata, 4% in Pune, 3% in Bangalore, and 1% in MMR and Chennai.

With the demand and sale of independent houses in Hyderabad, it is certainly ranked one of the best place to buy property and is soon expected one of the most expensive cities with housing market in India. Work from home culture has further boosted sales of houses in cities across the world as people are looking to have spacious spaces and additional rooms which can serve as an office space for then from where they could work peacefully. Property transactions in June 2022 had a value of Rs 8,685 crore, which is 25% more than in May 2022. And it has been observed the value has been increasing year on year.
