Step 1:  login to the Jharbhoomi portal with respective details and tap on the Bhu-Naksha option on the left drop down.

The state government adopted the process and gave it the name ‘Nibandhan’ portal.

Jharbhoomi portal advanced version

The updated version of the Jharbhoomi portal is termed Jharbhoomi 2 and will soon be launched for public usage. The advanced version is developed to correct the challenges faced in using the existing portal. The new version also has advanced security features to minimize tampering.

The current version has no option to delete or alter the land records after entering them once on the portal. The department has guided specific procedures to address the issue, which are being implemented in the advanced version.

Other problems like lagging and hanging of the website during various operations are being addressed in the new version. The primary complaint of the employees is unable to recover the work progress in the event of internet disconnection during work. There are also a few issues in fetching the land records and generating receipts.

Many aspects are being addressed in the advanced version to strengthen the technicality of the website. In the advanced version, the complaints can be registered through CMS and addressed by NIC in stipulated time. Also, in the event of rejection, the process of reapplying from raiyat to the DCLR has been increased.
