When is Telangana formation day?

Telangana Formation day reminds of the days when clashes between political parties and nationwide opinions stirred every now and then since 1955 and peaked in 2012. The agitation began right from there in the region and intensified, calling it a fight for their state’s freedom. On June 2, 2014, the state of Telangana was officially formed, celebrated as Telangana state formation day.

Telangana was merged with Andhra Pradesh on November 1, 1956. The amalgamation and merger proposal began in 1955 with the resolutions passed to safeguard the interests of Telangana.

Telangana state’s CM Chandra Shekhar Rao addressed citizens’ on Telangana formation eve. He proudly stated, “Telangana state has registered unimaginable victories that no state in our country as a whole could not do so in 75 years.”

In his long speech in the formation day of Telangana gathering, he added, “Telangana continued to progress and stood as a role model for the country.”

 “We have stunned the world by completing giant projects within a short period of three years. We have completed the biggest and largest lift irrigation project in the world in a record time, which was only possible in a country like China,”

Under KCR’s Government, in the past 8 years, various welfare schemes have been implemented, and he hailed the Dalit Bandhu scheme as a “social reform movement aimed at the development of the Dalit community.”

Real estate in Telangana 

Regarding real estate in Telangana, demand and supply are moving upward. Hyderabad is ever-developing in real estate, and demand for properties between 25 and 50 lakhs is currently on the hike. Many projects in the pipeline show the real estate sector is well-positioned for the next 5 years.

The reason for addressing RERA effectiveness is the lack of inefficiency and delay in approvals. Abhay Upadhyay, president of, Forum for People’s Collective Efforts, stated that “Despite the orders getting served, homebuyers are left in the lurch as the enforcement of these orders is taking unreasonable time. The Housing Minister himself suggested this move to form a committee to study the procedure followed by states that rank high in enforcement of RERA orders.”
