Here are 12 Plot Vastu Tips that you must keep in mind before choosing and purchasing a plot to gain positive energy in your space. 

  1. Rectangular plots:Rectangularplots are like square plots, in which opposite sides are equal, and all four sides have 90-degree angles. The ratio of length and width of the plot should be 1:2. The North & South slope of the property is good, according to vastu.  
  2. Square plots: In this property, all the sides of the plots are equal, and all have 90-degree angles. Northeast or north-facing square plots are ideal, asvastusays. And it is also great for commercial purposes. 
  3. Irregular plots: These plots are unpretentious, and they give negative energies. Try to make that plot into a rectangular one or square one.
  4. Vidisha plot: In the Vidisha plot, all four corners come in cardinal points or cardinal directions. In this, it makes a magnetic angle with the earth’s magnetic axis. It brings great fortune to the owner.
  5. Gaumukhiplot: These plots are narrow from the front and broad in the rear, and in which the broad part is on the northeast side. And it is good for residential or for commercial purposes.
