Ally Samatta Mbwana (born 23 December 1992 ) is a player of football of Tanzania , who played the role of striker in Club Aston Villa in England and captain of the national team to Tanzania Taifa Stars .
Samatta started playing paid-up football at African Lyon club in 2008 in Tanzania . He was drafted by the Lion SC club in 2010, where he played for only half a season before joining TP Mazembe from the DRC , played for five years at TP Mazembe and made his place in the club's first squad. In 2015, he won the title of Africa's best player of the year, ending the season as the CAF Champions League's top scorer and helping his team win the title.
Samatta joined the Belgian KRC Genk in January 2016, helped qualify for the European Europa League and won the Belgian Jupiler League in 2019. He ended the season as the best scorer in the Belgian league and won the the best player of the Belgian league (Ebony Shoe award ).https://sw.wikipedia.org
