Job: My Fresh Café Deli and Pizza Associate
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Position Description
The primary role of a My Fresh Café Deli and Pizza Associate is to prepare grab-and-go food items, as well as made-to-order food to the proper specifications. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, preparation food items including NY style pizza, maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, and preparing/stocking food items for the following shift.

Tasks and responsibilities:
Employ food safety protocols and outstanding customer service skills while producing high quality grab and go and made to order food items to delight our customers
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and assist in the daily operation of our business
Monitor product temperatures and quality at all times
Work as a team player in order to promote a positive and efficient work environment
Lead by example in customer interactions, sanitation, food quality, teamwork and technique
Produce and stock grab and go food as well as food ordered through our customer order terminals throughout the day for hot and cold food displays
Take customer call-in orders
Cut and prep veggies and other ingredients used in the production of deli sandwiches, salads and other fresh food
Conform to the Company Handbook and follow food safety protocols
Clean and sanitize work surfaces and materials as needed throughout the shift
Rotate food items and monitor for quality and food safety
Maintain proper logs of discarded products
Receive, rotate and stock food deliveries
Leave the workspace prepped, clean and organized for following shifts
Follow directives from both MyFresh Coordinator and Store Manager
Assist in a variety of other activities associated with a convenience store
