Chef de projet éolien en mer h/f, vous serez responsable de la constitution de votre équipe de projet, de la formulation de la stratégie de développement, de la gestion du budget et du calendrier, du pilotage général et de la coordination de votre (vos) projet(s). Votre rôle sera complexe car l'équipe que vous dirigerez sera localisée à la fois localement et au sein des fonctions globales d'expertise technique et commerciale. Vous nouerez des relations avec des parties prenantes externes, notamment des fournisseurs, des partenaires et des autorités gouvernementales. Vous serez responsable du développement de vos projets du début à la fin. Vous rendrez compte de l'avancement de vos projets au comité de pilotage Offshore dont vous recevrez également toutes les approbations majeures. Au quotidien, vous rapportez au responsable du Développement Offshore France.

Responsabilités

• Diriger et coordonner le développement de projets offshore jusqu'à la décsion d'investissement
• Être responsable de toutes les questions de gestion de projet, y compris les ressources du projet, le suivi du calendrier et du budget
• Comprendre et optimiser le business case avec votre équipe
• Représenter RWE Renewables sur des sujets liés à l'offshore lors d'événements locaux et régionaux et auprès des différentes réseaux
• Construire et maintenir une équipe de projet stable et efficace, en lien avec les différents services
• S'assurer que les activités du projet durant les phases de développement et de pré-construction répondent aux exigences et conditions du projet
• Rendre compte des progrès et présenter les éléments de décision au comité de pilotage ainsi qu'aux parties prenantes externes concernées

Profil

• Vous êtes communicant, structuré et motivé et vous partagez bien sûr notre passion pour l'éolien !
• Vous avez un tempérament commercial, et vous êtes flexible.
• Master en Ingénierie, Energies Renouvelables, Commerce ou équivalent
• Diplôme en gestion de projet
• Anglais et français de niveau commercial, d'autres compétences linguistiques sont un avantage
• Connaissance approfondie de l'énergie éolienne, idéalement en développement éolien offshore
• Expérience avérée de la gestion de projets à grande échelle et expérience de la direction d'une équipe complexe et multifonctionnelle
• Forte capacité d'analyse, approche de travail motivée, structurée et proactive
• Forte capacité à gérer ses propres performances, avec un accent particulier sur la livraison et une capacité à équilibrer une charge de travail variée et stimulante, tout en produisant des résultats de haute qualité dans des délais exigeants
• Capacité à expliquer les problèmes complexes et détaillés d'un projet d'une manière simple
• Approche pratique, flexible, confiante et ouverte d'esprit
• Capacité d'être proactif et d'assumer la responsabilité d'un large éventail de questions, tout en répondant aux demandes de l'entreprise
• Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, en particulier pour diriger/participer à des équipes virtuelles issues de différentes fonctions

Notre langue des affaires est l'anglais, mais puisque vous travaillerez principalement en France, vous devez parler couramment le français en plus de l'anglais. Veuillez toutefois postuler en anglais.

About the job
In the role as Project Lead you will responsible for establishing your project team, formulating the development strategy, be accountable for the budget and the schedule, lead the overall steering and the coordination of your project(s). Your role will be complex as the team you manage will be located both locally and within the global functions for technical and commercial expertise. In the role you will form relationships with external stakeholders which includes suppliers, partners and governmental authorities. You will be responsible for the development of your projects from an early stage until the construction investment decision. You will report the progression of your projects to the Offshore Steering committee from which you will also receive all major approvals. On a day to day basis you report to the Head of Offshore Development France as well as being part of the Project Management team and report to the team lead.

This is an exciting role within RWE and the successful applicant will be a key member of a company with ambitious growth targets. We are offering you, a self-confident and independent project manager the possibility to leverage your existing skill-sets to further enhance the capabilities of RWE Renewables in the highly competitive area of offshore wind.

Areas of responsibility
Lead and coordinate the origination and development of Offshore projects until a successful investment decision;
Be responsible for all project management matters including project resourcing, schedule and budget follow-up in accordance with the project programme;
Understand and optimize the business case together with your team;

• Represent RWE Renewables on Offshore related topics at local and regional stakeholder events, in networks and towards respective authorities;
• Manage project activity to build and maintain a stable and effective project team with links into the organisation;
• Ensure that the project activities during the development and pre-construction phases meets the project requirements and conditions;
• Report progress and present decision material to the Steering committee as well as relevant external stakeholder

Profile

We also think you have

• Master Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business or equivalent;
• Project management degree;
• Business level English and French, other language skills are an advantage;
• Extensive knowledge of wind energy, ideally Offshore Wind Development;
• Proven experience of managing a large scale projects and experience of leading a complex ,multi-functional team;
• Strong analytical skill, self-motivated, structured and proactive working approach;
• Strong ability to manage own performance, with a significant focus on delivery and an ability to balance a varied and challenging workload, whilst producing high quality results in demanding timeframes;
• Ability to explain complex and detailed project issues in a straightforward way;
• Hands-on approach, flexible, confident and in an open minded manner;
• Ability to be proactive and take responsibility for a wide range of matters, while responding to business demands;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly for leading/participating in virtual teams drawn from across different functions

Our business language is English, but since you will mainly work in France and hence, you must be fluent in French in addition to English. Please however apply in English.
