Responsibilities: Under the general supervision of the Nutrition Services Director, the Cook Manager has managerial responsibility for planning and supervising all food service activities at his/her assigned school. This responsibility involves implementing specifications and standards to maintain quality control and fiscal soundness of the school's overall operations, including the lunch program, the a la carte program, catering functions and shipping to other schools as necessary. Maintains high level of sanitation standards. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Terms of Employment: Anticipated start date on or about 10/1/2023; 190 day work year, 7.5 hrs per day.
