JOB TITLE: Club Supervisor

DIVISION: Club Solitude / Lodging

REPORTS TO: Club Solitude Manager

LOCATION: Club Solitude/Eagle Springs East

CLASSIFICATION: Full Time/ Year Round / Hourly

POSITION: The Club Supervisor greets and assists all lodging guests and owners while monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining the different club areas. This position maintains a professional attitude and appearance providing the best customer service possible. The Club Supervisor will assist the manager in various jobs in the Club. They will promote and coach great customer service.

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be flexible - Able and willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays
• Personable social skills (you are acting as the face of Solitude)
• Punctual and reliable
• Multi-tasking and attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Organized
• Physical requirements may include standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and pushing/pulling up to 50 Pounds
• Effective conflict management and decision-making skills
• Ability to use, and proficiency with, a variety of computer applications

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Along with Club manager enforce and maintain the control and safety of Club Solitude based on SVMA rules, policies and procedures
• Along with Club manager coach staff as needed
• Will assist Manager with events and village activities
• Greet, assist, and respond to the requests of all guests and owners
• Promote and embody excellent customer service
• Monitor cleanliness and safety at all times
• Test the chemical levels in the swimming pool and hot tub using a color chart
• Work with maintenance department to fill chemicals in swimming pool or hot tub if needed
• Replace and encode owner and employee Ving keys as needed
• Issue temporary key cards for real estate following SVMA Ving key policy
• Have understanding and working knowledge of Ving key system and SVMA Ving Key Issuance Policies and Procedures
• Issue temporary key cards for real estate following SVMA Ving key policy and procedure
