Must have full-service, high volume Kitchen Manager experience and live in the greater Troy, NY area to apply.

Our menus are firmly rooted in the traditions of southern barbecue and influenced by flavors that give dishes their own distinctive character.

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 + Bonus + Benefits
