Kitchen Tune-Up Idaho Falls is seeking a Remodeling Technician to join our team offering kitchen remodeling and cabinetry updates across Idaho Falls and the surrounding communities. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand with homeowners. We offer wood restoration, cabinet painting, cabinet redooring, cabinet refacing, new custom cabinets and tile backsplash

- Able to keep track of tools and keep your job van/trailer organized
- Communicate daily about progress with the whole team
- Work quickly and efficiently (clients do not want us in their home any longer than needed)
- Restore wood cabinets in the home
- Paint cabinet doors and boxes
- Redoor and reface cabinets
- Install new custom cabinets
- Install and demo tile backsplash
- Install drywall, tape and texture
- Light framing
- Anything else that might need to be done on job sites
- Stellar work ethic
- Able to follow directions without deviating
- Must be able to match colors (cannot be color blind)
- Able to drill for hinges
- Use of saws, power tools, paint sprayers, etc.
- Able to install doors and drawer fronts
- Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets
- Able to demo and install tile backsplash
- Able to frame, drywall, texture, paint etc.
- Willing to learn and be trainable
- Prior experience in cabinet refacing
- Prior experience in cutting moldings
- Able to install crown molding
- Prior experience in painting cabinets
- Prior experience in cabinet resurfacing
- Prior experience in wood restoration
- Steady work and rapid growth in the Idaho Falls market.
- Vehicle and tools provided for the job site

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
