We are looking for an experienced Bar and Nightlife Manager to join a new concept in Cary NC!
Bar Manager Requirements:
- Candidates must have a strong background in nightclub or bar management. These concepts are extremely busy, especially during games and events, so the high-volume experience is paramount to being a successful leader
- You should have a track record of managing very large teams and an inspirational leadership style.
- 3+ years as a sports bar, restaurant, or nightclub General Manager
- High-volume sales experience exceeding $5M annually
- Ability to launch new ideas to build sales and relationships that drive business
- Exceptional beverage knowledge, bar certification, and mixology training
- VIP and bottle service experience
- Inventory management and cost control expert for liquor/wine/beer
- Strong base salary for the market
