Description: Saz's Catering Lake Country (a division of Saz's Hospitality Group) at Western Lakes Golf Club in Pewaukee, is seeking Event Servers to provide top-notch, friendly service to guests for corporate gatherings, galas, weddings, and outdoor events. Each day is different; from the menu, style of service, and occasion. We'll provide shirts, aprons, vests and ties - you'll need black pants and shoes.

We offer competitive wages starting at $14 per hour based on experience!

To succeed at Saz's, you have the hospitality gene and truly care about others. Your style is fun but always professional. You believe if it's worth doing, it's worth doing unexpectedly, over-the-top amazing. Busy days on your feet, moving fast and carrying large trays of food are the trademark of a server's job!

Requirements:
In this role, you'll:

Set up and break down buffet and services lines, guest tables and chairs and decor for private event spaces

Serve food at buffets, carving stations, table-side or as hand-passed plates

Clear guest plates, glass ware and service items while keeping event spaces tidy

Follow the event details explained by the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and event leaders

Adhere to all health and safety standards and SHG training guidelines

Work as a team, solve problems and have fun

Banquet/Catering experience will be helpful but isn't required. Training and start dates begin in April and May, so get on board now to be ready for the summer!
