Job Responsibilities

Crossover Health is looking for an exceptional Host Manager to welcome and greet our patients as they begin their care experience and to assist in ensuring the clinic is running smoothly. This position is also responsible for leading and providing direction to the Host Team. The Host Manager is responsible for helping members understand the process, ensure members have an outstanding customer experience, effectively use the practice technology tools, organize group meetings and most importantly deliver on the promise of an exceptional experience.

  • Facilitates guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Partners with the Practice Manager to ensure the clinic is operating efficiently and effectively
  • Manages schedules for the Host Team and distributes duties and responsibilities to the team
  • Maintains working relationships with members and serves as a point of contact with ancillary services
  • Coaches, mentors, and develops team, including interviewing, onboarding and providing career development planning to Host Team
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of employer-sponsored health insurance, including co-pays, co-insurance, and related benefit-specific requirements in order to support members
  • Plans and conducts regularly scheduled team meetings
  • Collects and reviews member data (e.g. NPS) to optimize service
  • Submits facilities requests
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Leadership skills and experience working in a collaborative, team environment
  • 5 years of experience in customer service related position
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Apple products (Mac, iPad, iPhone), or client-based systems such as Microsoft or HP
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven organizational skills, great interpersonal skills, and ability to work as a key team member
  • High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
  • Comfort and efficiency with multi-tasking, issue resolution, and conflict management
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
