- Plan, configure, install, troubleshoot, repair, and provide end-user support for Audio Visual and Audio-Visual control systems; including peripherals, PC's, speakers, LCD displays, amplifiers, RF equipment, Ethernet hardware, IPTV systems, cabling systems, control system hardware and AV related software
- Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot state-of-the-art television and audio systems
- Maintain and track AV equipment inventory and assets across multiple properties
- Maintain and assist in all back-of-house A/V including conference rooms and training rooms
- Assist and advise in special event systems support, entertainment systems, back of house AV systems, as well as marketing and media systems
- This is a non-uniformed position, which requires the team member be in compliance with non-uniformed appearance standards while on duty

- Experience in audio / video setup and maintenance
- Knowledge of signal flow for audio and video
- Ability to install new and maintain existing hardware
- Strong guest service skills
- Communicate effectively and efficiently
- Advanced knowledge of Audio Visual and AV control systems including IPTV Systems.
- Experience with Q-Sys, Four Winds, ETC lighting, Crestron, Analog Way is preferred.
- Technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Hotel, Event Center, or other operational Audio/Visual fields.
- Supervisory or project management experience required.
- Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
