YOU ARE

A successful Hotel General Manager and have experience overseeing full-service restaurants within an independent or boutique style hotel. You are an influential leader that empowers the team while rolling-up your sleeves in the operation (F&B & Hotel) and MUST be passionate about delivering unique experiences across; team-members, guests, and the local community. As the GM for the Bridge Creek Inn, you'll be an ambassador for IRHG and authentically embrace Internal Hospitality. You'll look after all aspects of the property including; people, culture, communication, and operations.


YOU'LL HAVE

  • At least 6 years of successfully managing operations; People, Culture, Service, Rooms, F&B, Front Desk, P&L's
  • Positive leadership in fast-paced, boutique hotel, and full-service restaurant environments
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to navigate important conversation with ownership and senior leadership
  • Authentic servant leader focused on Internal Hospitality and embracing IRHG core values
  • Skilled problem resolution skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail

BRIDGE CREEK INN

Located on historic Main Street Clayton, Bridge Creek Inn will feature 45-guest rooms, a coffee shop, a bar & restaurant, and multiple indoor / outdoor event venues. Best known for its mountains, rivers, and lakes, let our hotel be your basecamp for all Rabun County has to offer.



WHAT TO EXPECT. IN THE LODGE, RESTAURANT, & ROOMS Your schedule may vary (days, nights, weekends, holiday's) based on seasonality, covers, and hours of operation but in general you can expect to work 55 to 60.
