Job Summary

Arena Sports Sports Simulator Hosts provide friendly, enthusiastic service for our Sports Simulator customers. You will greet customers, set-up and introduce the games available, and provide food and beverage service throughout their reservation, all with the goal of creating a memorable experience that leaves customers wanting to come back for more.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of the Sports Simulators
  • Demonstrate how to use the technology and equipment
  • Answer questions and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Serve food and beverages to our Sports Simulator customers (must obtain a and )
  • Become knowledgeable of the Arena Sports food and beverage menu to assist customers with their orders
  • Accurately submit food and beverage orders to the kitchen, deliver orders, and process transactions, both cash and credit cards, using our Point of Sale system
• Help maintain a safe and clean facility

Qualifications

• Sport Simulator Hosts are team players who are enthusiastic, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile for all customers. They also:
  • Build rapport with all customers and families
  • Multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Know how to have fun on the job!
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation: $18.24 - $20.24 per hour
