About the Role
Pay rate starting at: $15.00 per hour
As a Guest Excellence AmbassadorModel Citizen, your job responsibilities includeanswering guest questions, providing quick solutions to guestissues, and working to ensure that all our guests havememorable experiences during their visit. You are the connection toall the guests' wants and needs, while being a brandambassador for LEGOLAND New York Resort.
Role Description
- Our Guest Excellence Ambassadors ensure thatevery guest is having an awesome visit
- Guest Ambassadors circulatethe park being available to answer questions, provide recommendations, give outinformation and recover any situation that may arise
- Provide outstanding service by assisting our guests with questions, concerns, or special requests
- Resolve guest complaints quickly and efficiently
- Assist wherever needed to help ensure that our guests have a positive and memorable experience
- Circulate around the park while greeting and making personal connections with the guests
- Promote Minifigure Trading by wearing your Brick Badge with a Minifigure
- Follow the Guest Obsession Pillars to spread our Guest Excellence values
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Well-groomed appearance
- Ability to make a child's day memorable
- Work as part of a team
- Dependable and Responsible (after all our guests depend on you!)
- Ability to work outdoors in any weather condition
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time, and long distances
- Flexible Availability around park hours (peak and nonpeak times)
- Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays through agreed upon employment
