Position Type: Full-time, 40-45 hours / week with Friday and Saturday availability ($16.00 - $25.00+ per hour depending on leadership experience and availability) Key Responsibilities: Develop a restaurant culture of growth minded team members and leaders. A culture of product knowledge, stewardship, excitement and generosity. Incorporate this into training, ongoing development, communications and everyday culture Maintain vision alignment with the Operator and the leadership team Ensure stewardship systems are taking place throughout the restaurant Develop leaders in such a way that they are operating as a motivated, high performance team that embodies the vision of the business Oversee speed of service and completion of goals Oversee product quality and accuracy Support the restaurant (Front and/or Back of the House) during hiring process, completing resume screening, interviews and reference checks as necessary Create, lead and implement systems that will be the standard for all Front and/or Back of House innovation and high performance teams throughout the restaurant Skills: Strategic thinker, Goal-oriented, Tech-savvy Great communicator both in handling difficult situations and a diverse team Mature, dependable and results-oriented Ability to work in a team environment Very detailed oriented & keenly observant Professional marketing or communications experience Maintains a number of business and professional community contacts Self-starter, creative and flexible Good business sense, achiever Strong project/time management skills Proven history of consistently performing at a high level Unquestionable integrity and represents Chick-fil-A well Passionate about building relationships with guests and fellow team members Servant spirit with strong sense of stewardship Required and/or Preferred Qualification: Three (3) years of prior leadership experience demonstrating skills in retail, customer service, management, organization, and training development (Required qualification) Bachelors Degree or above, preferably in a Business, Human Resources or a hospitality specialty (Preferred qualification) Proven experience in a similar employee development, training development and/or trainer role, regardless of industry (Required) Demonstrated strong leadership experience (Required) Excellent communication skills verbal and written (Required) High standards in the area of operational excellence, quality, and customer service (Required) Exhibits a natural ability and desire to coach, mentor and develop others and themselves (Required) Positive attitude (Required) Our Team Member Benefits: Generous Medical, Dental, Vision contribution for full-time employment (approx. 80% employer paid for full-time leader member only coverage) PTO Eligibility 401k with company match Free College Tuition Program (more information provided in interview) Paid Sick Leave (Allegheny County Paid Sick Leave Act) Flexible schedule with day and night hours Sundays off Team outings throughout the year Scholarship opportunities up to $2,500 per year Free meals on scheduled days Flexible scheduling
