Sales Director - Hospitality Industry

We are hiring for growth!

We are searching for a talented Sales Director to lead sales.

Our client has 500 trucks in the US, $100m in annual revenue and is growing quickly.

Due to company expansion and additional product and service lines being provided, we are looking for a self-driven Sales Director to help build and manage our end-to-end sales process with focus on obtaining new National Accounts whilst maximizing the potential at our existing National Accounts.

The successful candidate will be someone that can help scale our business across North America and move it to the next level. The position reports directly to the CEO.

Duties Bring focus, energy, and go-to-market skills to support our continued growth through National Accounts in the hospitality industry Identify and qualify new opportunities Get the right people on the National Accounts team, train them and track their progress Create an Annual Sales Plan Drive and measure the team against goals and KPIs Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies and tactics Work with existing National customers to expand our footprint and approved services. Build market awareness Qualifications 10+ years of sales experience with demonstrated national account success selling into the hospitality sector Verifiable track record of exceeding expectations Strong subject matter knowledge or industry knowledge Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence, and results Ability to travel Location

Will offer relocation to Orlando, Florida for the right candidate.

Compensation -

Salary of $100K - $150K and Bonus commensurate with experience.
