Our Floor Manager will:
Report to the Restaurant General Manager to create a successful operation of the rooftop restaurant
Collaboratively lead a team of restaurant teammates
Lead shifts in our stylish bar and dining room
Collaborate with the Hotel Management team to provide a seamless and unified guest experience
Create and execute promotional events in partnership with Marketing, PR, and hotel managers
Establish local business partnerships, collaborating with the Hotel Director of Sales as needed
Additional responsibilities as required

Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 2 years as an Assistant General Manager, Floor /Front of the House Manager, Service Manager, or Bar Manager in a full-service restaurant with bar, with $2M+ volume, Required
Promotional experience, and experience servicing social catering events, Preferred
Comfortable working in an emerging-growth company environment
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
Highly collaborative nature with an impressive work-ethic, and the ability to multi-task
Must have a great personality, desire to serve guests, and enjoy working as part of a team
Up-beat, engaging, and professional
